Testimonials
"Coach Monica developed a program that took into consideration my current strengths, weaknesses and over all fitness level. Coach’s program for me challenges me each week and after only 3 weeks I have not only improved but learned the methodology behind Coach’s training strategy."
"Coach Monica made sure my diet had sufficient calories and carbs in order to fuel my training. Additionally she has told me when to eat certain foods in order to optimize energy levels. In just three weeks my energy has increased tremendously. Coach motivates me daily and that adds to energy and excitement about fitness and overall health, for me. This is changing my life and I love it! Thanks Coach."
“I like a balance of cardio and weights. She puts together sets of exercises that are very challenging. I have used other trainers that had me doing exercises that were beyond my fitness ability. From one six-week session to the next, Monica has slowly modified the workout, its difficulty and set new goals. I train without pain or risk of injury. I'm very satisfied with results she has helped produce. I'm doing a dozen pull-ups and running a mile under 9:00 minutes. Not bad for 52.”
“Training for an Ironman while juggling work and a personal life could have been much more daunting if I didn’t have Monica’s training program. She worked with me to find something that fit my schedule, focused on improving my weaknesses and ultimately got me ready to compete in and complete my first Ironman race. Monica was always available to answer questions I had pertaining to strength training, diet and race preparedness. My training regiment was a flexible document that took into account my travel schedule and made the most out of my workouts. I can sincerely say that without Monica’s guidance, support and energy, I would not have finished this race.“
